Last updated 20 August 2026. These terms cover Drydock, a subscription service that makes Shopify App Store data queryable from Claude and other MCP clients, operated at drydock.club. Plain language, and short, because the deal is simple.
Drydock is a remote MCP server backed by a database of public Shopify App Store listings and reviews. You connect it to Claude or another MCP client and ask questions. That is the whole product, there is no dashboard, and we do not act on your behalf anywhere.
You sign in with Google. One account is for one person: your server URL is yours, and sharing it, publishing it, or letting a team work from a single subscription is not allowed. We may suspend an account whose credentials are clearly being used by several people at once.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you are responsible for what happens under your account.
If Drydock is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of paying and we will refund the year in full. After 14 days we do not refund part-used years, which is why the trial exists.
Use it to decide what to build, however you like: research, planning, spreadsheets, your own notes. What you may not do is resell it, republish it in bulk, or use it to build a competing dataset or data product. You also may not scrape the service itself or work around rate limits.
The underlying facts come from public Shopify App Store listings and reviews. We claim no ownership of those facts. What is ours is the collection, the history, and the way it is organised.
This is the important one for a data product, so we will be blunt: the data is provided as is, with no warranty that it is complete, current, or correct. It is gathered automatically from a store that changes constantly, listings disappear without notice, and a crawl can miss things. Sanity-check anything you are about to bet six months of work on. Decisions you make from it are yours.
We aim to keep the service up and the data refreshed daily, but we do not promise a particular uptime, and Shopify can change or block access to the listings we depend on at any time. If the service is down for a long stretch, email us and we will sort out your subscription fairly.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost opportunities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can stop at any time by not renewing, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and if we end it for no fault of yours we will refund the unused part of the year.
If we change these terms materially we will email account holders and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Drydock after that means you accept the new version.
